thanks so much for making these videos! I am 3 weeks out from my first TTO, MPFL, & Lateral lengthening after having dislocations since I was 8. I was told the same thing as you 10 years ago (nothing we can really do, just stay fit and live with it) and am so glad to finally get it fixed! It's so encouraging to see you doing so well!

Is it bad to drink this since it curdles? My mom says so lol. It looks yummier with vanilla ice-cream but I want to be safe, and since I'm a scaredy cat I substituted it with coconut milk.

Best stuff ever. I have bought 2 tubs. Very hard to find on the East Coast. Sorry to say it never made it into a dessert. Once it's opened and you grab that spoon for a sample , it's allover. 😁😊😋

To keep the calories down and to make it more of a lazy keto. Try using Swerve sugar instead of using regular cane sugar. Not sure if it will change the flavor, haven’t tried it yet. Recipe sounds really good and I don’t have a Chick-fil-A close to me.

If your even more lazy, you can put a little bit of vanilla extract in just normal lemonade

How was your walking? We’re you able to lift your leg? I’m 6 days post op and walking with crutches but I can only move the leg I had surgery on with my toes like scooting my toes to move the leg.

Hi! I really love watching your videos. I have the same issue as you in both my knees but in addition to your surgeries, I’ll also be getting a MACI procedure to regrow my cartilage. I’m at the end of week 8 and can barely reach 80-85 degrees and pretty concerned but hoping things pick up soon. Hope your recovery went well and you have some solid knees now :)

I’ve struggled to find recovery details on someone with these same surgeries. I’m so grateful for this series! I’m going on 3 weeks now. I’ve been beating myself up because I’m only at 55 degrees bend and by next week I’m supposed to be at 90. It’s so challenging!
